The lives of another 176 policyholders of Ceylinco Life have just got brighter after they were selected to receive gold and gift vouchers at the second draw of the 15th edition of the life insurance leader’s ‘Family Savari’ mega promotion.

This time, the luck of the draw favoured a policyholder from Jaffna who will receive the jackpot prize of gold to the value of Rs 1 million. Meanwhile, two other policyholders from Kandana and Gampaha won Rs 250,000 each in gold and another three were selected for gold to the value of Rs 100,000 each. Twenty more will each receive Rs 50,000 in gold and 50 policyholders Rs 25,000 each in gold. Additionally, 100 other Ceylinco Life policyholders have been selected for gift vouchers worth Rs 10,000 each.

The lucky winners are from around the island, including Beruwala, Moneragala, Badulla, Pannala and Dehiattakandiya, and are served by 127 branches of Ceylinco Life, the Company said. The third draw of the latest edition of this mega promotion is scheduled for March 2022.

Ceylinco Life will present Rs 30 million in gold and gift vouchers by the end of August 2022 to more than 1,000 lucky policyholders under this promotion, via six bi-monthly draws. With the 14th edition of ‘Family Savari’ in 2020 the Company pivoted to rewarding policyholders with gold instead of the overseas holidays and excursions that the promotion’s name implies, to conform with the travel restrictions and safety protocols dictated by the COVID-19 pandemic. To be eligible to win gold or consolation prizes at the draws, Ceylinco Life customers must simply continue their existing policies with the Company or maintain a minimum account balance in their retirement plans during the promotion period.
