Corporate Governance
Ceylinco Life is committed to embracing the highest standards of governance and conducts its affairs with utmost intellectual honesty, integrity and diligence whilst being mindful of its obligations to the society and the environment.
The Company’s governance framework is based on the Code of Best Practice on Corporate Governance issued by CA Sri Lanka and the Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange on Corporate Governance, wherever applicable.
