• Payment Systems Operators (for example, credit card payments)

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka, as a data subject you will have the right to :

• Access your personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections to your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request the deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual constraints.
• Withdraw your consent, where processing is based on consent.
• Request to object/limit the processing of your personal data.
• File a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka, if you believe your rights have been violated.
