Ceylinco Life Smart Protection is an innovative product we introduced to the Sri Lankan life insurance industry.
A product unlike any other in the market, Smart Protection ensures that your loved ones receive a comprehensive life cover in the event of unfortunate circumstances befalling you, ensuring that they still have the foundation to reach their goals. In case your policy matures, you will receive a full refund of the total premiums you paid plus the sum assured, therefore guaranteeing maturity.
How it works
Smart Protection focuses both on security for your family and an attractive return at maturity.
Protection Benefit
Security for your loved ones is crucial. Smart Protection gives priority to this need and provides unmatched protection to your loved ones.
- 8 times the sum assured is paid as the life cover.
- The life cover also increases by 2.5% every year (upon completion of each policy year).
Example: If the policyholder obtains a policy with a sum assured of Rs. 1,000,000/- and is met with unfortunate circumstances during the 1st policy year, the life cover their loved ones will receive would be Rs. 8,000,000/-
In case of their demise in the 5th policy year, the life cover their loved ones will receive would be Rs. 8,800,000/-
Who can apply
If you are aged between 18-60 years you are eligible to purchase this policy for a period of 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 years.
Payment Modes
This policy can be paid in Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual modes.

Smart Protection is not just a life insurance but also a smart investment because a higher return is guaranteed at maturity.
