It is with great pleasure I send this mail along with my parents to appreciate and enlighten few important factors we observed during our tour.

We are very grateful to Ceylinco Life for giving us an opportunity to go on this memorable tour as a winner out of thousands of policy holders. During this tour we observed the undermentioned key factors which I thought should be enlightened, as the credit should go to your esteem organization not only giving us an all inclusive tour but also a chance to get to know each other irrespective of their social standards.

Families from North to South, East to West from all over the country with multi religious, multi ethnic backgrounds moved very closely during the tour respecting, helping, understanding each other which we felt is the need for our country very much at this moment.

Organizing a tour for a crowd of approx. 180 and looking after them is not an easy task. The Brand Ambassador, Mrs. Sanjeevani Weerasinghe was a role model and an asset to your organization. She was moving with each and every family freely and was entertaining all of us right throughout the tour with great enthusiasm. There were quite a few families travelling on this tour for the first time and she was with them whenever they needed any assistance. She was a great entertainer / motivator and we wish her good luck.

From the start to end everything was very well planned and organized and all of us were looked after well during the entire tour.

While thanking your esteem organization, we will share our pleasant experience with all our relatives and friends which we feel will lift up Ceylinco Life to great heights.
