Life Insurance leader Ceylinco Life has invested in a new property at Kotahena to accommodate its branches in the Colombo North region and enhance services to customers in the area.
The property of 46.5 perches at 92, Jampettah Street, Colombo 13 has two buildings of two and three stories, providing 17,000 square feet of space.
The two-storied building of 9,800 square feet has a spacious customer service area and also accommodates the company’s Printing Division,
Scanning Division and Mailing Division. The three-storied building of 7,200 square feet has the company’s gift shop and stores.
The complexwill accommodate 240 sales officers and staff members of Ceylinco Life from several branches serving the Colombo North region and will also offer ample parking facilities for customers.
Speaking at the opening of the company’s new Colombo North Regional Office on 10th May, Ceylinco Life’s Managing Director and CEO Mr. R. Renganathan said: “This investment on a company-owned property in Colombo will further enhance the company’s asset base, while enabling us to serve customers better and offer them greater convenience.”
Ceylinco Life already owns the buildings housing its offices in Anuradhapura, Jaffna, Kalutara, Kurunegala, Gampaha, Matara, Galle, Tissamaharama, Negombo and Ratnapura.
The company operates the largest network of more than 200 branches in Sri Lanka’s life insurance industry covering the island’s 25 districts.
